A message dated June 16, 2016, was read stating the Governor signed                                                             
the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                        
to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 375(FIN)                                                                                              
    "An Act requiring the electronic submission of a tax return or                                                              
    report with the Department of Revenue; and providing for an
